Lovely clothes and super customer service
I order from & other stories quite often as the clothes are well made and lovely, absolutely one of my favourite online stores. Recently wanted to return something and the UPS portal was down, spoke to someone is customer service (Ruby) and the return issue was sorted straight away, super customer service so thought I would review and say thanks again!

My favourite shop to buy clothes. All clothes I've bought here are great quality and always made out of nice fabric like linen, wool and cotton. I love this shop.

No refund!!

Returned one item from this order 3 weeks ago and no refund .. other than that the items are nice but they need to sort this out .. it would put me off buying again..contacted customer services and all they said is that they have not received it- then they should take it up with Evri/Hermes as it’s their return label I used and just refund me.. I had to use live chat as I have had no replies from three emails! Unbelievable !
UPDATE.. 20th July-STILL NO REFUND !!! AND I HAVE SENT 10 OR SO EMAILS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU MIGHT BE RETURNING SOMETHING.. UNBELIEVABLE

Good quality
I didn't expect much. However I was impressed with what I've got. Quality was very good and print on the items was beautiful. I received items quite fast with normal shipping, took less then a week. I would say they are little in size. I always wear 34, but have ordered 36 of one set, only because they didn't have smaller size, and I planned to sew in, but those peaces looked perfect on me. While the other dress of size 34 was a bit small.

i have been their loyal customer for over 2 years but I have decided I can’t any longer support this company. Their Evri/Hermes courier STOLE and left UNATTENDED my parcels, then I paid £10 for a next day delivery with UPS which was delayed and no courier EVER showed to my door and I ultimately had to go and pick up my parcel myself.
I contacted their customer service and they insist I am writing to them from a different email address EVEN THOUGH I proved to them my email is unique, as its my ONLY email address and won’t offer support at all.
On the other hand, every time I called the customer service they have always been AMAZING.
HONESTLY, just try supporting local business and vintage shops or charity shops instead of this scam!!

If I could give a negative star rating I would.
I bought a £120 handbag, which broke in less than 6 months. I contacted them, they requested I send it back for examination.
Two months on, I am getting the run around…it goes like this: I chase, they request order number & post code, I provide it ( again!….and it’s on the com thread anyway) they reply, we will look into this for you. Then nothing happens. I chase, and so it starts all over. Shocking standard of product and customer service.
WORST SHOP EVER
I ordered a pearl charm necklace for my best friends 18th birthday. It took 3 WEEKS to arrive - i thought it would be a few days. When it arrived all of the pearls had FALLEN OFF and were NOT even in the bag. I then called costumer service and they said they couldn’t send me another one. They still have NOT refunded me. Despite saying they would give me free shipping and a VERY SMALL discount i decided it was not worth it. I do not recommend. I’m really disappointed and it meant my best friend had to go with her 18th birthday without a present. (She cried) :( im so sorry and hope they can sort this out. Thank you kind regards

I cannot believe this but &other stories canceled my order again, with NO a communication. All I received was an order confirmation. Then, a week goes by, and I have to ask them if it was canceled. It was. Beware. Extremely unreliable online store.

Absolutely dreadful delivery times
Absolutely dreadful delivery times. Ordered some shoes over a week ago - said 3-6 days. Still no sign that they’be been dispatched. They won’t arrive in time for the event I needed them for. So will go straight back. What a waste of time and money. No other delivery service is this poor or unreliable.

They don’t refund unless you contact them
Like many of the other reviews here, I had a terrible experience refunding my items (and still haven’t had my refund processed to completion).
I returned the item over three weeks ago, and have only been informed today, following multiple conversations with customer support, that my refund has been processed.
I honestly feel that they would not have processed my return if I had not contacted them. I now have to wait 10 days for my refund - it remains to be seen, having read these reviews, whether it will actually be processed.
Incredibly poor customer service and not a company I would recommend, or be using myself again.
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.
Weird experience
Weird experience. I ordered online and it wouldn’t deliver to my house it forced me to collect it from the nearest Tesco. So I went to collect my purchase today and they refused my PASS ID.
The worst return experience
I have to say i had the worst return experience with &other stories! First, I could not download return label and invoice for return from their website. So i contacted them through email and got back from them saying they have problems with it and has passed it on their IT department, then one day later, I received the return label and invoice from them . I did not notice that the invoice they provide me has 0 value. until i sent out the parcel with UPS, 2 days later UPS contacted me and asked me to provide them an invoice with value! So i had to contact &OTHERSTORIES again for help, i clearly asked them to provide me an invoice with value for my return, and the customer service just couldn't understand me! One of them even sent me a receipt of my order! Every time it was a different customer service, i had to explain myself over and over again! and I tried to ask them to contact UPS directly and provide them then correct invoice, but they told me they are waiting for UPS to contact them! Meanwhile a week has passed! Finally one of the customer service seemed to understand , and told me they are looking into it and will obtain an invoice to send both UPS and me. Unfortunately it has taken too long! UPS now is returning the parcel to me, so there is no point for me to return the dress again! I am just so disappointed with &otherstories!
Overpriced and underwhelming
I've ordered the same pair of jeans 4 times this month - I've had one wrong size, one wrong colour and a different style of jean sent to me. Is it really that difficult? They also always make you call to chase return refunds and while the Customer Service agents are always exceptionally polite, it's a call that I shouldn't have to make. Overpriced and underwhelming.

Where is my refund?!
Returned my items 3 months ago, and despite multiple emails, phone calls, and live chats, still have not received my refund. Each conversation with customer care ends in “check your account in 10-14 days”. Extremely disappointing as one would expect the pricier clothes to come with a customer service to match.
